Hello Cp plus I had purchase ten cameras of Cp plus hdcvi coral series model d10 l2 and t10l2, but four brand new cameras are defectives, than I complaint and mailed regarding this issue, company replace my cameras, but again cameras are not proper work in night mode than again I complained senior officer Mr Trikha regarding this issue again he replaced my cameras with other cameras, but I am sorry to say again cameras are defective so I request Cp plus to please replace my cameras with other model of Cp plus as soon as possible and last I send many mails to your mail I'd, but the problems was still same. I am Gaurav from Panchkula, Haryana. I gave my graphic card for the replacement a month ago in Chandigarh 38sector. I talked to one of the executive there by the name of ajay. He told me to get the graphic card back within a week and its been a month now. Then he gave me another number so I could ask him that the process is getting late. Then I talked to Mr Ankit and he told me he is just sending the graphic card. Its been a week waiting for it if I am calling him he is not answering. Suggest me what to do. It is not a small graphic card. It is costly and I am afraid.
