I had bought Xcent(p) on 9/5/2016 from your dealer Belwadi(mysore) by exchanging my old car. As the exchange deal was for 150000 rupees for the old car, I have received only 120000 rupees so far and remaining 30000 rupees is still pending with the dealer from past three months. I'am fed up asking for the balance amount from past three months as there is no positive response from the sales manager. I came to Advaith Hyndai for general cltch servicing, by mistaken employees are entered KMS wrongly, mentioning 202900 instead of 29000KMS. I left my Santro Xing car (KA-03 MC-7672)for servicing at the Mahadevpura (whitefield) centre with a promise that they will deliver it next afternoon. I got a call from the service center the morning saying that the car met with an accident while on a test drive. When a test drive was already taken in my presence, I do not understand the need for them to take the test drive again without any repair being done. I think it is heights of irresponsibility for their end to take the customer for a ride.

My name is CherianVarghese and my office is at Marthahalli. This is with respect to the paid service of my i20 (KA 51 MC 8803), done at Advaith Hyundai, on outer ring road, on the 25th of Nov. 2014. In fact I was completed disappointed after the service, due to the following reasons. I expected a courtesy call thanking me, from the service executive, which never happened. But I have no worries on this. 2. The cleaning of the car was done in a very bad way, as my hands were dark in colour after I took the car home, after the service. Even some of the waste papers on floor were still there. The outside body cleaning was also not done properly. 3. My major concern was after three-four days I noticed drops of oil spilled on floor of car porch, below from the engine and this started increasing gradually. The spilling is very much evident wherever I park my car. Please let me know what could be done about this oil leakage. Regards, Cherian Varghese.

To whom it may concern.
I drive a 2001 Hyundai elantra 2.0 station wagon. We had a small accident and the left rear quarter class broke. I have been trying to source this glass from November last year. I was told this model was discontinued. The glass was ordered from Hyundai PE in South Africa, but the service is very bad. I have been dealing with Cornell and I never receive any feedback from him he promise to phone me and then nothing. I am out of patience and if this is the service you get I do not think I will drive Hyundai again.
