Hi, I wrote a complaint regarding recharge of my Airtel mobile. On seven th January of 2016 i recharged an amount of 50 rupees. My Money got debited to merchant's account, but recharge has not done. Again same problem araised on 10th Jan 2016 for an amount of 20 rupees. Regarding this I wrote a complaint on 11th to Airtel helpdesk. I got a reply message that helpdesk will contact me within two hours. I wrote the complaint at around 3. 30pm of 10th Jan. But till now i didnot get any response.

I have received two messages to my registered phone number, 9885053165 asking me to pay rupees 1960 for renewal charge, i. E., ten two months, which I paid in two instalments of rupees 1299 rupees 661 on 15th Sept, 2015. My present subscription package runs upto 22nd Sept., 2015 and hence my renewal should be from September 23rd 2015 to 22nd Sept., 2016. Instead, it shows renewal upto 11th November 2015. Please correct it under intimation to me.

Respected sir/madam i have purchased a HP COMPANY laptop in the month of June and the company has given me an offer including AIRTEL 4G DONGLE. A mail was sent to me that i have to collect my dongle in an Airtel showroom near to me, and i am from eluru, so as mentioned in mail i went to Airtel showroom to avail my offer, but they are saying that i should go to vijawada to collect my dongle. It is not possible for me to come to vijayawada. I have informed HP COMPANY person about all this and he said that he will handle the matter and now he is saying that i must compulsorily go to vijayawada with in 24th of this month to collect dongle can you please help me in getting my dongle with out coming to vijayawada. I will send all the particulars that are needed please help me.

We have paid an amount of rupees 2291/- vide cheque number is 147582 of Axis Bank cheque drawn on Vijayawada dated on 01.09.2014 by Krishna district Cooperative Bank Limited, Kambhampadu branch towards the group of seven numbers bill for the month of August 2014 and the same was debited from our account on 04.09.2014, but still is showing due from your side. When we asked your people of Vijayawada office they said that it was not credited to the given account and no clear information is given by the people.
