Since March 2015 onwards I am not getting internet service due to main frame problem told by the technician now it is June last three months when it will get done. Moreover keep on complaining to A. E. He says that it will be sorted out in couple of days. Its not happening, what is the use of it. Ultimate the problem should be solved. I lodged complaint letter in person, really I fed up sir. I request you to take immediate action towards it please. Last three months without using internet or broadband, I am also paying the telephone bill. Please.
