I have IFB Entreprise Front load Washing machine purchased 15 years back. In the month Feb, 2014 machine got problem, contacted IFB for service they directed to SKM Entreprises, the service person came to look the issue and gave wrong information to parents saying the spare parts needs to be changed and costs Rs 10000 and if AMC is took for two years spare parts would be replaced and took Rs. 4107. Till date spare parts where not changed couple of times machine got problem and that service. Like to know why faulty information is provided to customers for money. We wanted to exchange the product and purchase new one,, but service people giving us false information saying IFB new products are getting faulty soon.

Sir / Madam, I bought the IFB dishwasher Neptune VX from Anandamela, Parcus Road, Burdwan, West Bengal, and I got the machine delivered on 23. 1. 15. But I noticed that the machine is delivered in a box which is not sealed. The box is broken, the tharmocol platform, too, is of different shape and size. The matter is clear; the machine was either used by somebody, or it was meant for display purpose in commercial fairs. I want a brand new sealed machine and I want the company give directions to the concerned dealer not to deliver such machines.

He had given in writing that it is a demo piece. After that i contacted the ifb point for the replacement of the machine, but there is no response. My washing machine (automatic) is showing E5 and the manual does not explain about E5 .This is happening for the last two days,mostly in the quick mode.After starting in quick mode the machine is not taking any water from the supply pipe and jumps to wash action, within a minute there is a display of E5 and the buzzer sounds.The machine becomes off.

Please let me know what is E5 because it is not explained in the manual.

Subject- Complain for washing machine- model EXE ELITE. AMC invoice number2499 dt.21.3.13. Valid from 29.4.13 to 28.4.15 .After the washing of clothes the machine is spinning, but the water is not being drenched out from the clothes and there is noise while spinning. Complaint had been lodged in customer care over phone on 18.10.13 and the complaint number is 11681938, but no action has been taken. On reminding they asked to contact Mr.Dilip Jana at the service centre on phone number.9433358578. On talking to him he said there is nothing wrong with the machine and advised us to use only surf excel matrix and he will not send anybody to repair the washing machine and also said that we can complain wherever like.
You are requested to take action at the earliest.

This is in reference to complaint number 6911584, 7786881, 8121813 for my washing machine executive elite in 2011.
Mr. Deepak Pandey,visiting technician, is unable to identify the problem with the machine. once when my AMC was expired on 4th dec, 2011, another technician Mr. Zakir Husain visited and told that hav to change bearings and MCU card.
I contacted Mr.Bharat, Service Center Head,and told him that MY COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED DURING MY AMC PERIOD.BUT he gave deaf ear to my complaints and he was forcing me to take AMC again. Moreover they always closed the complaints without verifying whether the machine is repaired or not.
At last started to wash clothes by hands.Now i required machine because of ill health.
My sincere request Considering my case,Please me some concession and not to take service charge,as my problem was not done in AMC period. moreover the technician told the replaced parts have no warranty. What if the problem will not be settled.

My parents are using your IFB Senator Washing Machine
They are being literally tortured by your customer care since two months.
They are not being able to use the machine since two months.
Firstly they were told that body needs to be changed and they took advance cheque of 5k plus and were told that the body would come in two to three days.
Nothing happened for a month. About ten days back - body came and it was changed by your mechanic, but he never checked the machine after fitting.
The next day when my parents tried to use it - it started leaking water from inside. The machine was still unusable.
And from last ten days - they have been complaining from one number to another -, but nothing has been fixed till date.

There was a free service camp offer on daily TOI on 13 and 14 of July by IFB, but the number given was not a vaild number The SMS was done by me and I received the ans the customer representative will contact you shortly.
on 15/7/2013 I received a call from IFB bearing No 8323072500 and the representative told those who are registered on 13 and 14 July 2013 the service will be done at free of cost on 16/7/2013.
On 16/7/2013 I received the call the service is not free it is chargeable.
Is to make customer attractive by giving addv.and not providing service.

I renewed my IFB washing machine AMC last month for two years paying Rs.4108 (21.5.2013).I have heavy noise in my machine since last two months i had been complaining about it, but I was forced to renew my AMC though I had few days left for the older AMC to expire. So,trusting the reputation of the company I renewed it, but no service men turned up.I kept complaining through the customer care.
