Dear Sir/ Madam,
please note my Policy Number: 798798079, my name is Jineesh Skariyachan . I have given Passport copy as proof when i have taken Policy. But it was showing my name wrongly mentioned as Jinesh Skariyachan. In spite of approaching my Agent to many times, he could not change that name correctly. Finally i have done it through on line protal. But when i tried to pay through online still it shows wrong name, Jinesh Skariyachan. Unfortunately i am not remembering passward and user ID. I have tried to obtain it from forget user ID, but your online service is very bad as it does't generate email. It is very sad to say that the service is not there after paying money. If this is the service that your are offering please let the customer know so that they can take some other policy.

My Policy number 796987852 is due on 30 August 2015. But the same is not listed in online when tried to make the payment hence not able to proceed payment via online. When called the customer care asked to make payment via nearest branch they are not ready to sort out the issue and was arguing. Please help me on this.

I am really unsatisfied with your service, am really sorry to write this. But things are that bad. I am working abroad and several days trying to contact LIC. Tried many numbers, but no answer. What is the use of your phones. Even sometimes the people who are answering the phone is very rude and impatient. Don't forget if we haven't taken the policies there is no job for you and you are there to help people like us. I am extremely sorry for writing like this, but things are gone that worse. Please try to improve.

I Had tried many times to the lic customer care numbers. But nobody is attending calls. This indicates that privatization of LIC WILL surely sole this type of misbehavior. They are getting from 30000 thousands as salary from the receiving premiums of the poor customers.

I have a policy bearing number 390791012 with LIC kayankulam. Its money back due on 28 October 2013. I have already submitted my acount no and other details with the office. , but till date the amount has not been credited in my account. Further it is known that they have prepared the cheque on 08 October 2013, but despatched on 29 October 2013. This is the service they are doing for their customers. Request investigate and intimate the outcome please.

I have a LIC policy(sum assured: 10Lakhs) .It started on 12 February 2013.I planned to pay monthly premium through ECS(ICICI bank) and submitted mandate to respective bank.But my policy premium is not deducting from my account due to some issues.The reason is mandate is not received by bank.Bank is not corporating.
I am not interested to continue this ECS facility.I would like to pay my policy premium quarterly in the LIC branch office.
Is it possible?
If yes ,what are the procedures for that?
