This is to state that I Gaurav Kuckreja want to buy a baleno from your nexa showroom owned by lovely autos at jalandhar, punjab. The on road price according to them is 6. 49 lacs, which includes insurance amounting to Rs. 25000. But to the fact, if we buy

insurance from outside i. E. Not from lovely the price difference is more than half of the money. Now the sale officer of lovely autos

Mr. Gurpreet singh when enquired regarding this told us that we cant get baleno if we are not going to buy insurance from them. Is this the compulsary from maruti or we are being misguided as there is no compulsion in other auto dealers. Kindly provide us the

correct information at the earliest as we want to book the car. Hope for getting the needful information and action at the earliest. Regards

Sir I have murti swift old ldi. I have problem in power steering according to Jamkash Kupwara. According to him that the fault part of power steering can not change because the company does not sell the particular part of steering. Now I personally want to know that why you are not selling the part of steering. I also want to mention here that Jamkash kupwara their is nothing best or helpful for customers. I think you should check the status of work shop. Know at last I want that if you have the parts of the power steering (washel) that is faulty please please contact me. I am waiting for your feed back sir.

Subject: - Non proper functioning of air condition despite various visits (No.CH01AF 0553)
Sir,
With due respect, I am to state that I had purchased an Alto K-10 car from Modern Automobiles Ltd Co. Industrial Area Phase-1, Chandigarh in December 2010. Since beginning I have been facing a major problem regarding non-functioning of the air condition of the car properly as the water of the air condition is not passing outside, it blocks and comes inside the car. I have repeatedly visited (No.CH01AF 0553) to the service station of the company, but the same could not be solved out. I think it is technical inbuilt disorder.
In this regard, I request you to look into the matter personally and arrange to sort out the problem.

Sir,
I Surinder pal Singh,Purchased a Maruti Alto 800 car(PB-65T 7143) from M/s Autopace Networking Pvt.Ltd 112-113,Ind.Area Chandigarh on 17th Dec,2012.I gone four 2nd service on 15 June at abv add.They told me in between service that clutch plates have heats up.so they told me cost and Labour ch.etc. which is not possible as my car done only 3500 KMs only.We have talk with Service Mgr.Mr.Rakesh.which shows that Maruti is not reliable agency. Now please give me rosulution or i should pursue the case to get my prob.rosuled.
