I have written you so many times, but you did not bother to deliver it yet. I have tried calling the Kolkata customer care numbers. 033 – 22870819, 22901039 published on the website however no one responded. So pathetic service. PFA the screenshot of the tracking status. There are some emergency medical documents which need to delivered at the earliest. I really repent why I chose overnite express for such a valued shipment.
