I am totally annoyed by the service provided by your firm. You sent me the wrong parts. Your people did not believe it and asked me to send them photos to prove it. I sent photos of the wrong inner pot sitting on top of the all-in-one cooker and obviously if the inner pot is the correct one it will "drop" into the cooker. But your people still think they sent me the correct pot and totally ignore the fact showed by the photos. Your CS manager even dare to ask me to carry both the inner pot and cooker to the service centre to show them how the inner pot cannot fit in. All the way, your people keep telling me you are correct and then it must be me who is wrong. Are you kidding me?
I demand to resolve this matter ASAP by coming to my office to collect the wrong pot and deliver to me the correct pot and apologise to me for wasting so much of my time.
