Sir, We have made a complaint on 17-08-2015 and the complaint number isBANG1283327 regarding three burner glass top gas stove of model 03L. Technician came after 72 hrs and suggested to replace the burners with non ignition type and promised to come within two or three days, but he did not turned up. When contacted we were told that stock is not available and will come in three days time. In spite of our followup there was no response and suddenly we found that complaint was closed when we contacted on 07-09-2015 and the reason for closing is known only to GOD. Again they asked us to book a new complaint and the number is BANG1334100. Is this is the way to treat a complaint. The company has PRESTIGE only in its brand name, but not in service. I have purchased a Tean star mixer, the wet jar Kaplar have breakdown and jar is rusted inside.
So I have given the jar to the service center(SIRI - Jalahalli cross)on nine August 2013 and its bill number 1384.
Still now they are not updating or given any replacement. More than five times I went to the SIRI and discussed with them they are telling that there is not stock.
