I have been using Reliance number for long time. Few months back I took a kolkata rtl number for broadband use. Unfortunately my experience was not good. I tried to adjust, but it became worst when all my balance began to drain out to zero balance without me making a single call after re- charge (3 consecutive times). I had no vas activated, my 3g had enough balance. The customer care kept referring me to seniors to buy time with no response from any senior and ultimately after three days the CC replied no record. I HV LOST MORE THAN RS. 200/- in this way. SO, I HV decided to port out immediately to avoid further loss of money.

Hi,
I am your customer bearing mobile number.9681052978. We are using the service since last1 year (Approx) We are facing the Unjustified Deduction from Pre-Paid Balance, but still we are with you because we hope this will change some day. Now what my concern is that, When I had a balance of more than rupees 5, deducting rupees five for VAS Evolve subscription though I not subscribed for that service.I put a complaint in your CC on 23.10.2013, but there are providing service request number instead of complaint number i.e, 210929635 after that again they are deducted on 24.10.2013 and 25.102013. I have faced this problem several times. Now I would like to tell you that I have not activated any service. As we are facing so many problems, but still we are with you, so we expect a support from you.
I hope a response to solve the issue of unjustified deductions will be addressed from your end once for all.
Else, I will explore to seek legal help from the concerned authorities

Dear Sir, I am Staying in Giridih, Jharkand.
I have a Reliance Prepaid connection (no. 8055388615)of M.H, Which was in roaming now. On 12.09.13, I was given a rupees 220/- to local retailer for recharge my account. He did the same and myself getted the successful confirmation message to me, but after few minutes I got another message as "by the request of e-recharge retailer your amount was reversed". I was conveyed the same to my retailer and local reliance office also.
But they were simply hands up. What I have to do sir.
The retailer was once saying that I am trying to connecting the customer care, but it is busy. Once saing the money was credited, check it once.
Please help me in this regards.
Verify my mobile data from your system also.
Now even I was not able to speak with reliance customer care also as it is in roaming.
