I got Telephone Bill for landline on time. When, i went for pay the bill amount at Hiranandani, Powai. Found that this has been shifted to Ghatkopar. It is very difficult to pay the bill and thereafter my telephone is not working since last one month, in spite of complaint.

I have a pre-paid connection (No.7305525365). On 19 September I have recd an SMS from your 51234 informing that my subscription "has been renewed for missed call alert service", which I NEVER REQUESTED. I have been unauthorizedly charged Rs30 and money taken from my account without my consent! Since 19/9 I have sent two mails to your Customer Care services, so far they have neither responded, nor acknowledged, nor repaid the money. Could you please look into this?
I also wish to STOP unsolicited marketing messages/calls on my phone. Can this also be done, please. I would be grateful for your early response. My email ID is kvenkat1939@gmail.com

i the customer of reliance mobile user and my number is 7666686959 since my mobile had been stolen lodge my complaint about stealing of mobile phone to the customer care regarding to suspend the number, but they did'nt suspend my number, but on the contrary one of your resprentative miss tejasvi who told us that she is from legal department harassing by calling us number of time
now ask whether this lady tejasvi really is from legal department or not kindly confirm and give us reply
