Your rate service is not satisfactory. If we see one Month recharge price 275 for super gold package, but get only 20 days service. Why this happens that's not good. You cheat with your customers that showing 275 rupees per month and getting only 20 days pack. If this continues then you get more and more complaints.

I have recharged your service for one year from January 2016 to January 2017(13 Months). After deducting cost of some additional channels you have deducted two Months validity to December. Now, you have deducted three channels from my package Channel No. 603, 611 and 627. This is not acceptable. Your duty is to provide all channels up to the end of our validity Period. Now you are again deducted @Rs. 29 for two channels added i. E. 603 and 607. Hence, this our rights to ask you to why you are removing from once activated channel for a period of 13 Months? Hence, you are requested you to add the blocked three channels in my package with out any additional charges and do not deuect from my balance amount, because the validity you have given for
13 Months. Please try to understand the matter
and do the way i haved asked. Regards,
