I have recently ported from Airtel- Gujaratto Vodafone-Mumbai. Although the documentation of Id and address proofs have been done almost two weeks back and clearance received from Airtel for portability, it is extremely disgusting when I have my roaming network inoperative and yet I have not received the appropriate SIm following porting. As of now, for three days, I am without a SIM that Vodafone cannot provide to a customer, expecting response a the earliest. I have been offered three defective SIM cards, concluding which local store calls me up to furnish further proof of my identity and collect it as per their convenience. IS THIS VODAFONE?Harassed and embarrassed of the service, I request you guys to follow up and arrange a SIM card so that I can at least call my my family and friends.

Also they tell that no one is ready to take complaints. The same happened 15 days back also. I did not launch complaint that time. But it is second time and I do not want to take chance anymore. I have requested for porting from Airtel to Vodafone on 4th of October 2014, but till today, my Vodafone number has not been activated. We called about the same and they said, they do not have the documents on their website and asked to contact Vodafone store, where documents were submitted. Then we went to Vodafone store in Nerul East and they said that the form has been submitted already. Now the point is Where is the form? I live in Sector nine in Nerul. For the past two months, i am do not get proper range in my cell phone. I have a data plan, but its of no use since i do not get any network. I get messages approx 12-18 hours late. This is really disrupting my life. If this issue is not resolved within a month or so, i am planning to do number portability to Airtel. So my number is retained and plus i move on to a better network.
