My husband bought me this phone service and I am about to hang him by the neck. I have NEVER been so frustrated. It took two weeks of on again. Off again service to just switch my phone number from Verizon to Straighttalk. I have finally had phone service for the last two weeks. But texts still go to my old phone. I do not have a dime to put into my gas tank right now let alone muy a card from this company that may or may not work. Bottom line. I CANNOT BE WITHOUT A PHONE RIGHT NOW. The husband left to another residence. I think he was playing a joke signing me up with your service. Regardless, I CANNOT. BY LAW. BE WITHOUT A PHONE RIGHT NOW. I AM ON PROBATION AND I HAVE TO MAKE SURE I RECEIVE MY PHONE CALL FROM THE PROBATION DEPARTMENT EVERY AM. YOU CANNOT TURN OFF MY SERVICE.

hello i am trying to reach a human and have been unsuccessful which is very very frustrating to the point i'm thinking of canceling my entire families service. i need to speak to someone in person. my phone was deactivated saying i need to pay. we are all one an automatic withdrawal service plan. again i am seriously thinking of canceling my service and would not further recommend tour service as i have done in the past. i have no problem paying what is owed i need to know why it all of a sudden has not been removed from automatic withdraw land rectify the problem. is there a number or extention i can call to speak to a human.

Yes I sent my girls in to buy two cards for there phone. And they were to get 45$ unlimited cards. But they went cheaper and got two 30$ cards, but they will not work with I phones. I own all my I phones. But these cards will not work with them. I've never seen any cards like this I thought minutes were minutes. But anyway they won't exchange these cards for just one forty five Dollor card. That's all I want. Now I have no phone till next month. Is there anything you can do to help me please. The sales girl at Walmart told me that I could switch from a 45. 00 card to a 30. 00 card number problem.
