My last bill APS added a $537 deposit to my bill from our second property at 848 W. Earll Drive. Now, I have a notice that my electricity at 1617 W. Virginia Avenue will be shut off on May 21st. On top of that, this month's bill is double what it was last month. I do not agree that we should pay a deposit on our rental property with very little notice that we come up with such an extreme amount of money. We already pay our bills on both homes, and the price keeps going up. I have tried to get through to speak to a person, to no avail. I would like to ask that this deposit be waived. It is extremely difficult to pay for electricity in these economic times of uncertainty. I doubt if I will have the money to pay this deposit by May 21st. I just moved to a new home which was built by Toll Brothers and I got a letter in the mail stating service will be cut off due to late payment, and two bills, one was for $392. Bills were made out to Toll Brothers, but with my address. My name is Mara Collazo and I am a long time customer. I requested my service from 8275 E. Bell Rd. Be transferred to the new address 18550 N. 98th Way, Scottsdale AZ 85255 effective 8/18/17. I also want the service at the old address to be shut off effective 8/23/17. I made these arrangements over the phone weeks ago. I need your assistance to be sure I am not penalized for a Toll Brothers Bill. My number is 480-636-7124

My August 2017 bill was $115. My August 2018 bill is $133. My wife passed on April one, 2018. I no longer run the TV all day, I no longer set the air conditioning lower than 80 degrees, I no longer wash clothes every day, I no longer cook hot meals every evening, yet my bill is $18 more dollars. Something wrong with this picture.
On 8/8 - APS workers trimming trees with a cherry-picker, dropped a (at least) 45-foot branch (from my neighbor's yard)onto my property and did considerable damage. The limb fell on my 4x8-foot vinyl latticed fenced arbor breaking two of the supporting poles and breaking off two of the three bird houses affixed to the wooden poles. An 8-foot wooden Sheppard's hook pole cemented into the ground was pushed over and almost completely pulled out of the ground. The branch was so long that it also struck the top of my gated arbor by my back porch. My Ph. : 928-472-3219/no mobile phone. PS VERY IMPORTANT: The huge branch also landed across a stabilizing cable supporting the electric pole that is anchored in my backyard. I am sure the cable prevented even more damage to my property. This cable needs to be checked to make sure its stability has not been compromised. Sharing a property fence line, the cutting was done 'from' Bob O'Connor's (O'Connor Heat and Air) property at: 738 Moonlight Drive.
