The HeathCare. Gov enrolled me in a Providence Health Plan effective 01/01/2017 and sent them $379. 00 in Advance Premium Tax Credit from the Federal government without my consent. On 01/01/2017 I was enrolled in a Group Employer Plan with Kaiser Permanente and was not eligible for an Individual Health Plan through the Marketplace; also I was earning an income that would not qualify me for an Advance Premium Tax Credit. The Fair Resolution would be for Providence to return the $379 that they received from the Federal Government since I was not eligible to be insured on an Individual Health Plan on 01/01/2017. I did not submit an application to be enrolled on a Health Plan because I was already covered on my employer's health plan. Providence is not entitled to the $379 premium received from the Federal Government. And the HealthCare. Gov should not be auto-enrolling people in plans without their consent.

I have, over the past two years, been sending my united Healthcare monthly payments to Medicare. I pay for my part A and B from my Social Security, therefore I do not pay you. No one had contacted me to tell me the checks were in error. I should have been notified and then had the checks refunded to me. Instead they were cashed by you through the BAA. I have copies of all the checks you cashed and want to have the money refunded to me in full, so I can pay my United Health Care back payments. Please notify me as soon as possible and realize that I am expecting a full, not partial refund. I am sending copies of all the checks to your Advanced Resolution Center address. Sincerely,
Susan Baalim .

I just spent the most frustrating hour on the phone with one of your customer representatives that talked to me like I was a five year old or perhaps senile. I would like to know why I am being billed for my medicare part b plan in the following manner. 3/23/17, $536. 00 paid thru my bank, again $402. 00 on 8/28/17 again paid thru my bank. A new bill just received on 9/4/17 saying that I am delinquent and now owe $804. 00. If you could please look up my information and get back to me as soon as possible I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
And please teach these people that take our phone calls that just because we receive medicare we are not small children or senile and resent being spoken to as though we were.
