I called the hotel -, but their number is no more in use

I made a booking on the 15/12/18 to Langkawi - booking ID 322799001 paid via master card (last four digit 6071) and received confirmation email from you. Today 17/12/18, the Pantai Tengah Beach Inn send em an email saying house full. Attached is pdf screenshot (hopefully attachment is there)

Saya dapat emel yg mengatakan kad kredit yg saya gunakan tak valid Dan Minta saya hubungi pihak bank. Sekiranya saya gagal mengambil tindakan dalam. Masa 24jam. Booking saya terbatal. To saya hanya baca message tu selepas 2hari. Saya dapati booking saya dah cancelled. Saya call hotel until confirm Dan hotel kata dah batal. Dan saya buat booking baru Dan buat bayaran dgn kad kredit lain. To amat kecewa, booking yg terbatal telah dikreditkan juga amaunnya. Saya harap pihak Agoda hubungi saya untuk penjelasan. It's Very worst. RM249. 98 yg telah dipotong walaupun booking dobatalkan Oleg pihak Agoda.

I. Ve just booked 02 rooms at 'The Planet' in Hatyai. The initial payment was Rm 159. 52. Suddenly the 'upgrade words' pop up and says will upgrade your room and pay less. But then this came with a final payment of Rm 221. 98. Why is this so and what upgrade does it refers. Am I taken for a ride with those hidden charges.
