Ms. Anita Lee On Phone To American Patchwork and Quilting Service
I recently received the APQ calendar. I did not request this and yet I am expected to pay for it. Your policy needs to be changed so that the calendar be offered to those who would like to purchase it. I am sending it back, unopened. Regards,
Anita Lee .
I received the 2017 American Patchwork and Quilting calendar. I was so excited to be able to work up the 12 quit patterns that were to be included in the calendar. To my bitter surprise, the patterns were not included in the calendar. Is there any way that I could get those patterns? I am embarrassed to ask the person who gave it to me where the pattern went. I do not wish to make her feel bad or responsible.

I keep receiving a bill for a book I did not order or receive. Trying to find a phone number for your company is like pulling teeth I found one finally and have been on hold for 15 minutes already and haven't even talked to a human yet. I would like to get this problem rectified. From the comments I have been reading in your Complaints and Reviews section I am not the only one having this issue. After 25 minutes on hold I spoke with someone only to be told she couldn't help me because this was ''a book''. She did kindly give me The Book Dept. Phone number is 800-439-4119. (in case anyone else needs it) - after ten more minutes I got to speak with a lovely young lady named Brandy. She was able to rectify this problem in three minutes I went from being pissed off to very happy Stay strong all you other people having similar issues And CALL BRANDY.

Early in 2015, I received a book "complete Guide to Quilting", which I paid. I also wrote on the invoice that I did not want any more books sent, as we were building a home, and the only address we had was a rental and we weren't here for weeks at a time. We just returned home, and found another book from your company, sitting in a rain puddle on the front porch. Not sure how long it had been there. The post office said I couldn't send it back as the label was gone (due to the rain), even though the box though soggy, had obviously not been opened. They said I needed to re package it and send it back which would cost me $3. 75, plus the cost of a new box. This book arrived without my request, and I have enough going on without having to spend my time and money returning it. Please make this right. At this point I am seriously considering not renewing my two quilting magazine subscriptions, as that must be how you got my information. Pat Carr .

Good morning -- I am looking for your annual Shop Hop issue. Have I missed the spring copy or have you discontinued doing it? I so look forward to it as I go on "vacation" with these issues and have visited a few of them on our travels. If I am too lake for this years' copy, may I purchase one through the web site?Thank you. Nancy Dague .

I received your calendar in the mail, Even though i did not order it. I have written on the statement i received this information, And offered to return it i have no use for said calendar if you would send a return postage label. I received another bill that make four total. I have written twice requesting return postage, All to no avail. I do not want your calendar, And i do not want to keep being billed for something i did not order. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, D. L. Jacobs.
