I recently purchased a wrapped set-of-two 4. 75 square, ribbed sides, coral-colored tops oven/storage casseroles. Discovered after unwrapping at home that the bottoms of each have some small dark "splintery-looking" pieces within the bottoms. And one has a rough bump on an interior side. I purchased two sets of the Fleur pattern drink ware from Wal-Mart, and the glasses have developed a luminescent "film" on them. I was washing them in the dishwasher (normal cycle) and have tried "heated dry" "no-heat dry" and nothing works on riding this "film" that has developed on these glasses: some worse than others. I have tried hand washing them, thinking maybe the glass used to make these glasses did not like the dishwasher;, but nothing changed. I have purchased glasses and kitchen ware from your company for many years and have never been dissatisfied with a product until now. This was a complete waste of money and time because I still have to re-purchase glasses for my kitchen (these glasses look "cloudy" and therefore unclean); and the time I have spent trying to correct/resolve this problem.
