A few weeks ago finally went shopping at jcpenny when the ban was lifted to go in. Excited my daughter wanted a swimsuit and they were on a so call sale of about $25-$27 sale each piece. I really didn't want to purchase because I felt that was till to expensive, but I did. She a beautiful yellow strip two piece, it fit her perfectly. Now if bought your clothing before and never had a problem, but this is just wrong. She swam in it a total of three times and hung it up to dry and I can not believe at how much it faded. What was a very pretty mustard yellow, is now a very light and discolored yellow and the bottoms look like a half and half. That is a sad product for that kinda money. No it didn't stay in sun or get bleached by pool water because this didn't happened to anybody else's suit, but hers. Very disappointed in this and will not buy anymore swimwear from your company again.

Hello. I purchased three pairs of Arizona Jean Company boots from JC Penney during a sale when the boots were about $29. 99. I had the boots for less than two weeks before they tore up. I was walking at the park with my daughter when the stitching at the bottom came undone and the sole of the shoe separated. I no longer have the receipt so I could not return the boots. Is there anything that can be done about this situation?.

They have all started to fall apart - develop holes all over the jeans. They now are unable to be worn. HELP. Jeans should last more than this. I do not have a complaint, but I Do have a request. Please, please, PLEASE bring back the "Arizona Harbor Boat Shoes" to include the blue color. Several months ago I spent more than two hours online searching every possible website to find them in size 8. five and there were none. Recently I saw them on a JC Penney pop up and ordered them only to get a notice my order was cancelled. Obviously these shoes were super popular, so why not continue making them? I have four pairs of jeans that ripped. It is in the same area on each pair of jeans. Wear is minimum and jeans are well taken care of. On the bottom two pair a rip is just starting. But we just bought a shirt for my daughter for back to school and she came home completely embarrassed The shirt turned her arms blue I always wash new clothes, but that did not help. After she came home I thought it was strange, but just washed it again, it is still leaving her arms blue She is wearing it as i am trying this and I will enclose pics. This is disappointing, i am not sure how to return something if it'd already been worn and washed. The jean short are defective, they split in the back right beside the pocket seam. I have five pairs and two pair have ripped the same in the same spot. Dear Arizona jean company, I have shopped your brand for many years. My daughters love the fit and selection of your jeans. Recently on a trip to JC Penney, we were unable to find your jeans in a size 21. The label stated that the jeans were carried in that size. I even tried ordering it from the catalog and was advised that your jeans were not available in that size, even though the signage indicated that it was. My daughter is not yet ready to go into regular plus size jeans as the fit is not quite right.
