Mr. Ben Tan CallsJun 03, 2014

Mr. Ben Tan On Phone To Blackberry Singapore Service
I am writing to you with great disappointment. I had my blackberry 9700 (serial number : 354255049198072) lcd screen replaced at your centre 5-6 months ago. At that time, when other retail vendors charge around sgd 90 for the replacement, i paid sgd 250 to get the replacement done at blackberry expert centre, trusting your highest level of workmanship and professional service.
However, now i begin to see some tiny dark spots in the internal top left corner of the lcd screen. I called your service centre and asked if i could bring my blackberry handset down for your assessment, but i was bluntly told the replacement is more than three months ago and i need to pay to fix it. I did not drop nor knock the handset, which is evident as the external casing of my blackberry is in perfect condition. If your centre have indeed replaced a brand new lcd screen and did a professional job, how could the new lcd deteriorate after slightly over five months of usage?

I look forward to your early reply.
