I have filed for a repair of my hot water heater. Repairman came on the fourth day to write up problems and pictures taken. Was told that again that this is not covered. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME OF BEING TURNED DOWN. Now we have had an appeal turned in with no luck of talking to your rep at 1-800-814-2534 extension 2320. I am in need of help. I paid a full four year premium and have had the worst service of any home warranty that I could have ever encountered. Please I need help 254-396-9395.

I recently called to report that my wife had smelt an odor coming from our A/C unit. I switched it off an called to get a time for someone to come an take look to see what it might be. I realize that we are new members, but money has been taken from us out of our account. We later received a call saying that our coverage doesn't start until the middle of September and there is nothing covered until then. I'm disabled an cant go out an check to see what the problem might be. Since we apparently aren't covered I'm terminating our coverage with you folks. I will not pay for a warranty that doesn't start until the company decides to start the coverage. I expect a complete refund since there has been no service performed.
