We live at 5288 Birchknoll Court 513-232-3264. We cancelled our subscription months ago yet we are still getting our Sunday ENQUIRER along with our Sunday NYTimes. I have called multiple times to register a complaint, posted it on live chat and now am trying this. I have been assured every time that the delivery will stop, but it continues. THIS HAS GOT TO BE ADDRESSED. If we go out of town it becomes a security issue. We are very upset.

I cancelled the Enquirer on 28 th. December, for our weekend sunday subscription. We received the next Sunday paper. I called the next Monday and they said it was cancelled. I have multiple subscriptions for GannetT papers at different addresses since I have multiple residences. When I use the website for the Cincy Enquier to manage that subscription, the site instead accesses and changes the subscription for my Fort Myers Beach subscription for the News-Press. )which should be on stop until I return to Florida for the winter. I talked to a courteous and helpful human after patiently waiting for all of the canned verbiage of the phone system to manage subscriptions. She was quickly able to manage my request. However, it was clear that she was under time pressure and was only interested in reading to me the paper's legal BS that undoubtably was required of her by Gannett's legal staff. (She read the statement so fast that a competent person, such as myself, could not understand a thing that she said. However, it was probably enough to shield Gannett from any liability for incorrectly managing my accounts. After all, the conversation was recorded)).
