Hi, you had sent me an email for a movie redemption for Deadpool movie, I had tried to use it the same day, did not work. I had contacted customer service via email and heard back like a week later, telling me that it expired lol. Why do you send someone an email for free movie and it has already expired. Also, ROKU TV had sent me an email for three promo movies, after entering the codes there is NO option to even play the movie? It takes the code and then you can not even navigate the screen. I think that the codes you send are SCAMS and obviously do not work. Thanks for the false scam emails.

We received a code in an e-mail from Cinemanow to get $5 off a movie rental (FIVEOFFLOVE). After trying for an hour to get the code to work, we finally checked out with the TV screen receipt showing a zero balance. However, when we received the e-mail receipt from Cinemanow, we were charged for the full amount of the rental :(((((((. By the way, this phone number DOES NOT WORK.

I had to reactivate my Samsung TV with my account today. Once activated I went into my library on the TV and it's showing up blank, but they are in my library on the computer. Please can you advise how the library on the TV can be updated as we have previously bought films we now want to watch on the TV and not via the laptop. The phone number is not working here when I call from Canada, it just keeps telling me the circuits are busy. I have more than a few questions and when I emailed my question last night it was stuff I had already done. I've watched a few movies now from cinemanow it came preloaded on my Samsung TV I boought a few months ago, but last night when I went on it it came up starting from scratch telling me I had to start, and it wont activate after i put the activation code in. So I went through the web on the TV and to your site and signed in figuring that might have been the problem, then ordered Everest, but that still did not work, then I went to my phone app and went into my Library there and it doesn't show me purchasing the Movie. I am using roku player one, i have added channel, was redirected to ultraviolet account signed up for it. Search movies. Found movie paid for it with free movie codes that i received by email, said it accepted it, but cannot find the movie to play. I have tried everything i can think of to play movie, then i received numerous emails saying that i deleted the movie that i have just bought.
