College Well equipped laboratory to explain the cause of electrical fire and basic information about electricity. Enriched mechanical workshop to understand the fundamental of mechanical engineering, facilitated with no of lathe machines, drill machines, welding machine kits and fitting shop. As per requirement of practical utilization of communication instruments like HAM radio, antenna, different types of equipments required in the field of fire protection.
Hostel accommodation for 150 students is in the College of Fire Technology – Ahmedabad main campus. A number of private owned accommodation with mess facilities are available in nearby town Sanand. The department of physical education caters to the recreational needs of the students. The main campus is the center for games, sports and recreational activities. There are excellent play grounds in the College of Fire Technology – Ahmedabad campus. Games and drill are compulsory for all students. In addition there is a college Rovers club catering to various leisure time pursuits.
