Good Morning,
My mother-in-law is 88 yrs old and spends her winters in Ft. Myers Fl. She is a Comcast customer and has had good service for her t. V. In the past. A few years ago, we had her use a cell phone. Now she finds it too difficult so we called to have a landline installed. My husband spoke to someone 12/26 and was told for three months, it would cost 84. 99 dollars a month for the t. V. And phone. We agreed and planned to meet a worker when we're down there next week on 1/3/18. (appt. Was made for 1/3/18. Today he received a Voicemail asking him to phone in. He spoke to someone who stated that fee we were quoted, was no longer available and it would now be 104 dollars. The confirmation number stating the quoted fee is 17122648789093. We find this change unacceptable especially after confirming it. We will now not use the landline unless the fee initially stated is reinstituted. Please advise. Sincerely,

Been trying for the last hour, both online (floridaseasonal) and telephone to change the return date of my seasonal service from October 15 to October 4.
