Visited Delta Sonic in Rochester Henrietta today. Asked for a complete interior clean as wanted to remove dog hairs on seats and back of car. I was appalled to see the end results. After parting with $291. 95. I at least expected the car to be free of hairs. Wet mats were also stacked up in the back of car. As soon as I arrived home I lifted the dripping mats outside to dry. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed with this service after sitting very patiently for three hours. When I asked the man if this was the best he could do, he said yes and sorry for the wait. I inspected it mor closely when I got home and find it hard to believe they handed it back to me in that state. If I hadn’t been already late for work I would have tried to speak to someone. I have a copy of my receipt and pictures of the seats and back of car. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter,

Went to have the interior of my SUV deep cleaned at $100. 00. My vehicle was sitting out side complete. Found someone to give me my key and I asked him to wait so I could check it. I opened the back it was obvious they has washed the mats, but didn't do a good job vacuuming including the front and back, wondering if they really shampooed the carpets. Also the cup holders and inside the doors were not cleaned. I called a Manager, offered to take it around and said it was obvious it was not done right. I had umbrellas on both sides of the doors and they never moved then to clean under. I threw them on the seats to be redone a third time. As I watched others the same thing was happening to them, overheard one employee say they were short staffed. I should have been given my money back. Good afternoon, I have been a long time Delta Sonic customer and have been using the Unlimited per-paid six month car wash plan for several years. This past weekend, I went to renew the plan only to discover it is not offered. The car wash manager tried to sell me the monthly unlimited, which I didn't want. I finally agreed to buy theper-paid one year unlimited for approximately $230. 00. I wanted to pay with cash, but they would not let me. I left without updating my plan, and now will look for a different car wash to use if this cannot be resolved. Do you really not offer the prepaid six month plan anymore ($99. 00)?
