Ihad surgury done on December 29 2017 i am not able to work, i sent a paper to my worker (ms. Mcfearson) showing i am going to be off work for a few months, I am also a diebetic and $25. 00 a month is no way i can live on $25 for the food i need is exspensive i have no income at all coming in i am not able to collect unemployment because i am not able to work, which she also knows about, i cant just let this be i am in need of help badly, how can i survie on $25 a month? i cant its am y left ankle that got surgury done to fix the ligaments and muscles and tendions its a no weight bearing on it, so that leaves me with nothing, my dieabetes i need special food and fruits. I am begging you to please help me, i do have other illnesses also and I also have nurapathy of the feet, pancritis, please help as I have no place to help me.

I am writing in regards to my caseworker T. Glenn- Warren District. Case number is 119560309, Case Name: Stanley Kafara (husband). Documentation was submit to her before the due date for my Semi-Annual Review. T. Glenn failed to logged in documentation in a timely fashion. This happens every time the Semi-Annual Review is due. It is my opinion that T. Glenn does not do her job efficiently. I have tried to resolve this situation with her supervisor M. Gaffney. No resolution has been found. In addition, received a Health Care Coverage Notice dated 11-16-2017 stated Stanley E. Kafara III (husband) was not eligible for coverage of medical. Base on the letter household size of two people must not exceed $ 21, 599. 20. Also I would like to have a new caseworker for my food assistance (Bridge Card) program. Hello my name is Alexis Lowe I was writing because I have been constantly trying to get a hold of my worker. I've called my worker multiple times I have called his supervisor multiple times I have Been leaving multiple messages and still no response. I proceeded to call the office for another source of help she didn't want to listen to what I had to say when I was trying to explain to her then when I get upset and yell she tells me to stop yelling and then she hangs up on me. I want to file a complaint in my worker his manager and the office.
