I have been buying Fashion Fair for 20 years and now in Killeen, TX at Dillard Department store the fashion fair counter hasn't had any new shipments in two months the area looks a mess, this is sad. I was unable to get someone on the phone line. I purchase a jar of vantex cream and experience a allergic reaction. This was the first experience with vantex giving negative results. I tried to use it three to four times and my face broke out everytime after about 2-3 days of usage. I thought that it was food allergen reaction. However, when I stop using the vantex cream my face did no longer break out in hives. I brought the vantex cream from Dilliards store in Savannah, Georgia. I will like to get my money refunded or other product.

Why does Fashion Fair keep changing colors of the oil free soufflé make up? I have been using brown blaze glo for years. It is the only color that compliments my tone. It was changed to just plain brown blaze which contained too much red. I was then forced to start using brown sugar, however I can no longer find it in my area. Please stop with the changes. Maxx is winning your customers. Somebody please find me some brown blaze glo.

What is really the problem with the Fashion Fair makeup being out of stock all over the world having to call all over the state is really frustrating have been an avid customer for 35yrs should count for something I am sure I speak for a lot of valued customer will you restock the stores ? Will your products be discontinued? Are you going out of business? Are you under new management ? Did someone new take over the business?
