I called Nick's Plumbing in Houston to request an estimate for jetting the storm drains in our small condo project in the Galleria area of Houston. I arranged a time and a tech by the name of Leo was sent out to walk the property with me. I gave him a map of the drains. He seemed uninterested in the project and was dismissive and unprofessional. I had asked for an estimate. I never heard back from him. Then several days later, one of the office workers called me to tell me that Leo was on his way out to give me as estimate. I told her that Leo had ALREADY been out and that I was waiting for an estimate. I then received an email estimate to jet a single family home. I do not see how they stay in business with such a sloppy and unprofessional up front presentation.

Hired Carpet and Flooring Centers of New Jersey on 4/2/18 for the installation of vinyl tiles on a porch and bathroom/laundry area. A deposit of 50% was put on a credit card and the installation was done on 5/9/18. Upon my arrival later that day, (I live out of state) I noticed that the transition strip between the bathroom and bedroom was not installed, so the job technically was not completed, but the company had the nerve to charge my credit card for the remaining balance of $796. 06. After speaking with Sue, she indicated that the transition strip needed to be ordered and was being sent directly to the house. Once received, call her and they would come out and install. It's now been over a week since the order was put in and we still do not have the transition strip installed.

I hope that you can help me in regard to services by one of businesses that I found through your registry. I hired Flatt's Lawn Service (1-888-220-8691), South Roxana, Illinois to do a spring lawn clean up and to cut down a couple of small trees. Not only was the job poorly and inadequately done, the trees were left standing several feet above the ground, when the agreement was that they would be ground level. I asked the young man to come and talk with me about the inadequate job, and he said he would come today. At 3:20 p. M. He has not arrived and is not answering my phone calls. Can you help me?
