I bought a bathroom shelf last Monday at your store in MOE with other accessories. When I opened the box today to fix it, I faced two problems :
1. I do not have any pieces, screws to assemble the shelf
2. One part is broken
Unfortunately my receipt went to the bin when I have unpacked my other articles. But I gave my shukran card when paying. What do you advice me to do now ?

so many days are lying the furnitures which we purchased from Home Center ernakulam. They are not sending the carpentors to fit these items, and when we calls nobody will attend the call, after ringing six to seven times one of your staff attened the and we told all the details, and he told ok let me check up. After that no response last four hours. And when i call one lady taken the call, and asking me again details, how your firm will improve if they attend the customers like this. 63 thousands items i have ordered to them. And they treating us like this. Also while delivering the items they have delivered one item wrong
