I purchased a new LG washer and dryer on Sept. 22 at the Gulfport, MS store. Both were delivered on Oct. 15, but the dryer was Heavily damaged. I just experienced the 5th delivery attempt of a new dryer and have yet had it installed due to problem after another. The 4th attempt was due to the delivery man leaving because I wouldn't sign for the dryer until it was unboxed to enable viewing of the dryer for damage. Hello, how are you. I have a complaint. I have been trying to get in touch with someone concerning this matter. I order a stove online, and my stove was supposed to be delivered on November 11, 2021. The delivery driver called me and said that he was not able to deliver my stove, because his help did not come in, but what I do not understand is that he said that he could bring my stove and put it in the garage or put it in a safe area. I told him I did not have a garage. Also, I said if you can bring the stove before my friend leaves for work, he would be able to help you bring it in the house. He proceed to say that he would bring my stove the next day on the 12th of November. So, I went to track my stove online the next day to see what time he was going to deliver. December 19 is unacceptable.
My son bought Laminate flooring back in July 2021 for his new home. It arrived at the store only half of the floor order so he had to wait in Sept. The rest came in they then told him that it could not be installed until Dec. 20th. On Monday he got a call that it could be installed on Wed Nov. 3rd 2021 the installers arrived this morning to tell him that they could not install because the flooring has to set in the house for three days. I think someone in this company needs to get there head on straight and get my son his floor installed. The Home Depot that he is dealing with is in Chattanooga Tennessee. I will tell you this I will cut up my Home Depot card today and will share his experience with anyone that listen.

We were in the Jonesboro Road, McDonough Ga store Saturday afternoon. While shopping in the lawn and garden area looking for some flowers my wife was sprayed with water (her blouse was soaked) I approached the gentleman that was water to tell him he just sprayed my wife. He started arguing with me. Not once did he apologize he continued to argue. My wife was soaked and wanted to leave the store. Everyone near the incident was amazed at how the employee was arguing. I got her home and called the store to speak to a manager which they never picked up the telephone. The gentleman was a short african man. We frequent Home Depot weekly since I am a carpenter. However I will never there again.

Saturday May 16, 2020 I called customer support and after approximately one hour I was told that customer service would email the supplier and then email me Monday, May 18, 2020 to confirm her commitment to cancel the order. I had not heard, so today Monday May 18, 2020 I called customer service to be told the order could not be cancelled, retracting everything that customer service said would happen when I talked with them on Saturday. Less then two months later the "never flat" tires have such bad flat spots that I can not move the generator without it bumping down the driveway. I often shop at the Home Depot store in Oneonta, NY. When in the store I never have a problem finding what I need or a person to help me. All of the employees are polite and helpful with one exception. David in the window and door department seems to be mad at the world. I always get one word answers and a bad attitude. I now avoid him and have recently started to shop more at Lowes down the road. I just can not deal with his attitude. Sorry.
