My wife suffered a bad injury at her workplace on November 26th, 2018. She spent four days in anderson mercy hospital on five mile rd. The docters assigned to her at mercy five mile never took the time to complete her paperwork to start her workers compensation claim on the day she was injured. As a result of their untimely performance her claim was not started until three weeks later. We have fough t and fought to this day even with the help of our attourney and been downtown for hearing after hearing, and even going into hospital administration office and getting the missing paperwork for her 1st two weeks of total temporary pay to be paid to her, the hearing officers refuse to allow her to be paid the money she is entitled to by law, and we have pictures of how severe her injuries were, and she still remains off to this day waiting for work to be done on her left shoulder rotate cuff. We would like to meet with you and bring you these horrible pictures, and exp I se this messed upnsystem.

It Brandon agin I'm reaching out to you because I'm told your the only one that can and that's not scared to get to the bottom of what there charging me with when I done what the law has required me to do, but they want me out of business so bad because I'm doing so well there willing to do anything to get me out. If you heard my whole story from start to finish you wouldn't believe what the state is doing. I been told Jeff Wyler told the procacuter in Clermont county that Brandon need closed down I need your help please. To listen to my side I got all the proof and you look into it and see I'm getting done wrong and there not filling the law. I'm the only one in the country that's ever been charged with this unclassified felony when I was late giving titles to customer I didn't even sell.

Hey Howard I seen how you help customers with car titles and other related things, I'm up aginst the state about delivering car titles that my workers sold with out my concent and I was on house arrest when they happen. But I went ahead and payed and delivered titles. Now there chargeing me with a unclassified felony for not delivering titles when I did. I'm the only one in the country that has ever been charged with this and it's not right there making up there own laws and not following the dealer law. Which for a dealer if I do not deliver a title in 40 days the customer is entitled to there full refund. But if the customer do not want there money then the dealer and OAG office works together till the dealer gets the title by giving a extra 30 day tag. Which in my case they did none of that at all. The investigation and Clermont county filed this felony charge on me only one in the country.

Good morning, my name is Seraunna Smith . I have reported the the theft of my mail to my landlord, the inspectors UNIT with the USPS, the post master General with the USPS, and the consumers hotline with the USPS. Many emails and phone conversations later, I've been told none of the offices can help me because I didn't actually witness the theft Over $300 from three different sources (I have proof of these sources) was sent to me in the month of May. I received all of my other mail (bills, etc), but these three pieces remain missing. My landlord refuses to place secured, locked mailboxes in the building (I do have pictures if needed). The money missing was to help me pay my rebt for the month of June, now I'm being evicted. I am currently employed and attending Cincinnati State. I am just looking for a solution to all of this. Dear Howard, a few weeks ago i answer an ad on craigslist. The gentleman was looking for someone to help him clean out his warehouse. The job was for a few days at 450. 00. I got a check for almost 4. 000. 00. I sented the check back, but Friday i got the check back. Took vehicle to Middletown tire discounters for four wheel alignment and when we drove it home and hit a bump the whole rear end of the car jerks side to side uncontrolably. Vehicle did not do this prior to being serviced from them. The vehicle is actually being thrown into next lane. Trued goin through customer service complaint and tire discounters said it needed new bushings which they installed. This did not resolve the issue. Contacted district mngr who now informs me that it need new contorl arms and new bushings AGAIN., Which they said they already replaced and gavee and out of pocket estimate of roughly 300. 00 My vehicle was not in this condition when I left it to be serviced I do not feel I should have to pay for something that was obviously damaged-broken while in their care. It is absolutely a death trap that I wouldn't put Satan himself in to drive. PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS. This is my work vehicle that I cannot drive, I have already lost three days of income.

My son has been attending U. C. Clermont for two years. We he enrolled he still had a job with insurance, so they waived having insurance through school. He received a notice through email that he owed $1207, or he could not enroll for this school year. We have never had any proof of insurance, so we have paid out of pocket for every time he had something medical. Clermont told him that it was their fault he was charged, and he has to pay in full before he can schedule new classes. My son is 32, and I am a widow, he is being supported by me, other than a gas money

My husband and I went onto Craigslist Cincinnati, Ohio looking for a vechicle for a Christmas/b-day present for our 16 year old Daugther. We find a 2008 Nissan Altima with 71, 800 miles that was posted for $2, 000. 00 in prestine condition and it was through the seller through eBay I have document of emails of communication with the seller along with 20 pictures and also a eBay emails with confirmation with a ID number and confirmation number that the seller had this car with her at the military base in Tuscan Arizona and has no need or use for it the car was suppose to be transported on a flat bed truck with in two to three days after we had proof of the funds to buy it. Which we had to go to meijers and purchase ten eBay gift cards with $200. 00.

It is mandated in my township that everyone use Rumpke. I haven't used Rumpke in five or more years because I only recycle which I take to a recycle bin several times monthly. They have sent me a past due bill for $64. 80 for services not rendered and discontinued my services which I've never used. According to Shannon at Rumpke on 9/15/16 at 9:50 A. M., 'there is nothing that she can do. It has been sent to a collection agency. ' I told her that I am not well, cannot afford to pay for services not rendered and have not used these services. She said there is nothing that she can do. So you see my dilemma. I pay all of my bills where services are rendered. As part of the City of Cinci initiative to repair sidewalks, I was given a list of their accredited (and bonded) outside concrete folks who could be used in lieu of the City's rates. I contacted Lee's Concrete Construction and Remodeling and gave Kevin Lee a $400 deposit. He kept saying "you are next, etc., ", but I found out he skipped out on many contracts. I contracted with another and got the work done, tried to take Lee's to Small Claims, racking up additional expenses. His certified letter was returned to the City-no longer has an address on Ravenna St. I can supply his new address for add'l monies I believe he is still in business, just moving a lot I am not alone. Many in Mt. Wash. (part of the City) fell victim to his practices. I have documentation and voice mails from Mr. Lee. What can I do without incurring even more debt? My name is Christine Wagner and last year I contracted, what I thought, with a reputable decking and lawn company ("that guy landscaping") to tear down and replace a two story deck. The deck cost over $8, 000 and was completed last spring 2015. Since completion, the deck has been falling a part. Incorrect boarding was used, incorrect hardware, and assembly is "not to code". I have attempted to contact the owner several times only to get no response. I now have to pay to have the whole deck repaired for another couple thousand dollars. Help Howard Ideally, getting my money back or having the repairs made and paid for would be the best result, but if he is not going to respond then I would like to warn others before contracting with this company.
