I stay in Nigeria. I have a Z335E John Deere mover. It's having issues of losing power. It all started after changing oil and oil filter. My deere 550 gator had the clutch replaced twice. It has been in the tri-green, Cookeville, tn, at least seven times. It continues to be a disaster. It sits as my mother and i got stranded on it she is 84, now deceased, and refused to go out with me on it. I am a 65 y. O. Woman with an inflamed elbow. Shifting actually was painful well, we decided to have another repair, so we could sell it. The shop is in Lafayette, tn and is part of Co-Op. Tri-green proved unreliable and not very trustworthy. Just received word that a "tooth" in the linkage may be missing, they cannot shift it out of gear, and plan to contact a deere rep for some help in repairing it. If no help is offered, my 70 HOUR gator will be junked as i cannot afford the repair bill. The gator is five years old and has been garaged the entire time i owned it. It really besmirches the John Deere name. If anyone can offer help in any regard, we will be eternally grateful.

I had a John Deere 5050d year 2013. Instrument cluster panel(Hr cum tachometer part no SJ 14488/Pricol part No C10 3586) stops working due to moisture in it. Searched with all the authorized dealers in Punjab(Moga, Jagraon, Patiala, Khanna)but sorry to say that part is not available with any one of the above dealers. Similarly last year I faced the problem of oil cooler fitted at the base of the oil filter. In nut shell the availability of the spares in the market is very very less. We the customers at the user end are in trouble. Because of unavailability of minor parts, the machine stands unused especially in the peak season. Please advice.

jd 27c zts mini ex bought new hydraulic pump.... discontinued old pump because they had a problem with the pilot part of it. new pump is totally different in reguards to fittings and inlet. now I have to spend another $300 to adapt the new pump. This is a JD problem, but once again is passed onto the consumer. conversion should have been included in the $2000 price of the new pump. I am tired of JD soaking us for the parts. Having to wait again for fittings not even knowing if they will be the right ones. Very disappointed and frustrated. Hard to run a business like this with no equipment.
