I recently purchased a package of JNY underwear and was disappointed when taking them out of the washer for the 1st time, the waist band had unravelled leaving them unwearable. I'm sure you know how difficult it is for women to find a style of underwear that fits really well, and these are the perfect style for my body. Therefore, I'm even more disappointed that I can not wear this one pair. Does JNY have some kind of warranty on their products? The lot of the pair I'm referring to is 7123161. My Jones New York blouse has developed a rip in the arm. There no other sign of wear on the blouse. I do not know how this could have occurred except a fault in the fabric. I made an on-line purchase on July 29 and returned it on Aug 18. I originally wanted an exchange, but per the customer service email below I could only have a refund (see verbiage below). Now I can not even get through to customer service to inquire about the status of my refund. The USPS tracking number indicates my return was received Aug 31. Please advise. Thank you for contacting Jones New York regarding your order E3486928. I am sorry, we are not able to exchange the item. However, you may return it to our warehouse within 30 days from when the item was delivered for a refund. The company has decided to close all of its outlet stores along with temporarily discontinuing the sale of product on the website. We thank you for your many years of trust and dedication to the brand.

I purchased black jeans Jones New York a while back, put them in the wash (followed ticket instructions) and the jeans came out with white streaks. So I gave them to charity thinking I did something wrong. Now three weeks ago, I purchased a second pair of black jeans from The Bay, washed them (again followed ticket instructions) and AGAIN once dry, I notice white/faded streaks on my jeans. I wish to understand why this is happening? How can you help me? I have wasted all this money and have been unable to make use of these jeans. The store will not refund me because they have been washed. Clearly there is something faulty with this product. Please help and thank-you.

I was shopping in the store and noticed 40% off signs on some of the clusters of clothing. When I got to the cash register the cashier entered the sale and told me that I owed $67. 99. The pants were $59. 99, but I was expecting 40% off the price. I immediately asked the woman about the discrepancy. Wendy and another woman named Becky, walked over to look at where I had found the pants. Becky proceeded to say that the sign was on a different part of the cluster and then she pulled the rack away from the other racks and said, "See, this rack is not attached so the 40% is not for those pants and if you do not want them you do not have to take them. "I am not happy with the 'misguided signage' that was used to mislead customers. I shouldn't have to look at the floor to see if racks are attached.

Last night (April 3) at Miramar outlet store, a wonderful young man served me. I bought a pair of ankle pants. I considered a second pair, but decided not. He calmly, politely put them back. Tonight I went back to buy them and only my size was missing. The girl said basically, ' must have sold them - borderline rude. I said "might they have been put somewhere else. ". She said "I doubt it". Rude. I looked and found them. She took my money and said " have a good night" I do not want an apology. I do not want anyone to lose a job, but I think she should " learn". Two years ago i bought a white blouse at lord and taylor a long sleeved, no iron signature blouse. I liked it so much i went on line an ordered another one this week. The price was the same the label etc, but you ought to talk to your sourcing people. The quality was terrible. You could see through the blouse, the button holes are terrible. You clearly have decided to save money on manufacturing. Now i had to pay to have it shipped, have to return it. You clearly have a quality problem now. You really should pass this along or you will soon find yourself losing more and more business.

My favourite classic, Pink striped wrinkle free shirt is falling apart it is about four years old and i save it for going out, So it certainly has not been worn every day. It is about four years old. The button plackets split, So i had my dressmaker turn them in and stitch them. The next wash, To my horror, The pressed outside sleeve was in tatters. I have wrinkle resistant classic shirts from talbots, Eddie bauer, And ll bean that are older and are all fine. Could there have been something too harsh in the material. I would love to replace it, but am afraid to do so.

Bought a blouse and after wearing it three times the zipper broke and I am unable to wear it. Took it back to the store and store clerk refuses to give me a store credit or my money back. Extremely disappointed that I did not get quality product for my money and the service received when I tried to return the blouse. I got such great compliments when I wore it, but now disappointed in the quality. Did not expect this from Jones New York products.
