Saya order set D two set, cheesy wedges Large dan sepatutnya potato wedges Large tapi apa yg saya terima setelah smpai dirumah. Saya menerima kedua2 cheezy wedges. Dekat sini apa yg sy nampk bad service lyn trhdap customers. Tiada repeat order kpda customer, saya thu busy rmai customer tpi sy perhatikan service staff kfc. Sy cukup terkilan dgn service kfc Times Square. Dan nama staff tu perempuan yg bertdung tpi yg jelas sy xingt nama beliau. Dekat sini saya sarankan tolong beri service yg bagus kpda customer lain. 3kali sy dtg service sgt tdk mmuaskan. Sekian terima kasih.

Hi, i would like to compliment about KFC branch in Aeon, Wangsa Maju. Today i visited this KFC branch and were very pleased by their service. All the staff were very polite and i can feel they really entertained my request very well. One of the staff(an old malay auntie name begin with Sha. Something) even offered to take me a plastic bag and plastic cup cover seeing me unable to finish my food. This really touched me. This act of kindness definitely need to be compliment, hope to see more staff like this in KFC service line, thanks. ??.

I'm a frequent traveller from TBS KL and have been patronising the outlet there. A couple of months back the outlet stopped offering the "Lunch and Dinner Package" to the dismal of the customers. Please let me know whether this is within their rights to do do. If not, please have the package restored as offered by all the outlets throughout the country.
