I had patronised the kfc sunplaza outlet today 19 September 2018 at 1. 45pm. I bought tori katsu box, but to my dissapointment, I was not given the tori burger I need to ask for my burger and I only received my 3/4 of my drink. I cannot attached picture on this post complaint system. I can emailed to you for proof. As a regular customer, I usually have my meal twice a week with my family at kfc, but after this incident I doubt I will have my meal in kfc. I hope the operation department will look seriously in this matter. I am very sure that you have to comply with SOP, KPI and customer service. Your dissapointed customer

Noise Pollution coming from KFC out in Bedok reservoir road blk 632. I would like to speak to the Area manager with regards to the noise pollution. As spoken to the outlet manager yesterday 08 Sep, at 11:55 pm. The compressor has been producing loud humming noise, which has been going on for more than a week. Told the outlet manager that the operating hours as indicated at the entrance is up to 10pm. Therefore the compressor should be turn off at ten pm too. The outlet manager would prefer that we refer the matter to the police force. That is very inconsiderate of KFC Singapore as a company, as you are operating residential area noise should be minimize after your operating hours. No police should be required for a basic common sense issue. If the compressor is humming loud, it should be either repaired immediately or just switch if off after the operating hours (10:00 pm). That the most basic common sense when operating in residential area.

Girl at counter in sentosa needs serious training. Very rude to customers and bangs utensils around. She doesn't care for or love her job. Her name plate can not be seen because she has a wrap on her head. You should go and see for yourself. She has no patience to handle orders and grouchy behind the counter. You should see what she did to teenage boys who are ordering, she treats them wrong. No happy disposition. She has a negative attitude towards her job. Please reassign her, but not at the front of the customers because she is just plain rude. Wish you installed cameras with audio in kfc sentosa )near the big Merlion) so you can hear how she treats and talks to the customers. Bad effect on KFC. She carries your company name. Took a picture of her if you need it.
