Due to poor response/untrained technician we decided to call UrbanClap. The technicians came and informed that the picture tube is not functioning as such you need to change it. I currently stay in Pune, Maharashtra and had no options looking at the poor services provided and normal replies of "no stock or not available" from Service Centre I seek your head office help to arrange a picture tube or so and send a proper technician from LG Centre who can identify the actual problem of the TV why it's not showing pictures. On 14. 06. 2019 I bought a LG washing maschine F4J7TY1W - IMEI 905PWVKKT927. The machine shakes itself in the spin cycle to such an extend that it moves up to ten cm away from the location and things fall of the shelf (even my previous 12 years old machine hardly shaken at all). The maschine is 100% on level and stands on stable, firm ground. I have requested the LG Service. There came a technician who attached the LG rubber pads and carried out a sound measurement based on which he claimed the washing machine was in the prescribed sound levels. Now I do not complain about the noise volume, but about the extreme shaking and moving of the washing machine. Despite the rubber pads, the washing machine shakes in an absolutely abnormal way and the entire housing vibrates. It's simply flawed. The LG support employee was extremely unfriendly and refuses any further service by LG and/or the exhange of the faulty machine. Never again.

I bought in 2017 a washer and dryer (F4J6TM0W) and in March 2019 the first breakdown happened (the Portuguese LG service took more than ten days to repair the washer and dryer), two months later the replaced part failed again (the Portuguese LG service took more than ten days to repair the washer and dryer). Now, two months later (24/07/2019) the same replaced part breakdown again. And the LG service repair time forecast was about 15 days. Then I complained in writing (my contact with Portuguese customer support VCU190730092814) but, once again I am still waiting for an answer. It is clear for me that the Portuguese technical service is unable to solve the problem of the washer I bought. In fact, they repair the same part with the same problem every two months with not acceptable waiting time for repairs, but they refuse to give me a new washer and dryer. The washer is in the warranty period.

I am writing you this mail from Noida, India. On 24th Feb, 2018, I bought a new UHD TV (TV Model No: 55SJ850T)from Croma outlet located in Noida, India. Same day, LG Engineer came for installation, but during installation, he broke the LED Panel. After that, till Now, LG has changed the Panel twice, 1st time on 5th March, and 2nd time on 11th March, 2018, but the quality of replaced Panel is not good as back light of panel is bleeding from all its corners and the picture is also blur. When LG replaced panel 2nd time, I found that the LED box seal was broken and forged (Photos attached). I informed this to the Engineer that seal is broken, but he told me that seal was opened for testing purpose. On 12th March, 2018, I registered the complain about the LED panel quality issue and forged seal issue(Complain No:- GCP180312047532). After about 65 days the refrigerator failed and LG's Technicians confirmed that refrigerator's motor has damaged. The motor replaced by LG's Technician without any fees and probably, but old motor and new motor both were " Made in China" (please see attached photos). I am Liza from the Philippines and bought 11KG LG twin tub washing machine with model number WP-1410R. DLGGGS1 and SN 705WSCF1L275 on July six, 2017. But to my disappointment after a month Aug 13, 2017 it becomes defective. Reported the problem to LG, was acted Aug 15, 2017. Findings says wash motor was defective and need to replace. Aug 17, LG came to replace the wash motor, but sighted the motor was wet. I asked to check the source of the problem, but LG refused to check and insisted to replace the motor and I did not allow. I am insisting a replacement unit, but LG neglected my request. Escalating this to LG Korea with hope that better action will be given to me. I have used the machine based on its technical specification therefore customer satisfaction was not warranted on this case. I want a replacement unit.

Ben istanbul türkiye den yaziyorum. 20 ay önce LG j4 telefon aldim. Aldiktan nine ay sonra anakarti yandi servis üretim hatasi dedi. Ve anakarti degisti. Simdi yeniden ariza yapti garanti süresi bitmedigi için ben telefonumun degismesini istedim LG türkiye genel müdürlügü tekrar tamir karari verdi. Benim ricam türkiye sartlarinda bu telefona çok para ödedim two kez ariza yapti ben kesinlikle tamir degil degismesini istiyorum. Bana yardimci olursaniz sevinirim.
