We bought Lexus ES 350. Needed Panoramic roof and presumed Power trunk Lid came with Lexus. Hell broke loose when I was told to sign satisfaction papers before we took car home, not three months after evaluation. The techs treated me unfairly. We bought car without shopping around. I am 86 and my wife 80. Schaumberg Lexus was giving better deal that I found out a few days later as these are year end clearances. We stated we need four wheel drive panoramic roof and thought that LEXUS comes with al power accessories like power trunk lid. In 1964 I bought impala Chevrolet and dealer removed a radio leaving a gaping hole in dashboard. Without making an another sale, Can you get Panoramic roof and power trunk lead?

We currently have "wheel insurance" and have three damaged wheels on our 2018 RX350. We called the insurance office three weeks ago and they said they would send someone out to repair the wheels or replace them. A representative, Scotty (510-932-6514) from California Tires and Wheels (415-721-7592) finally returned the call, today August 15th. He said "the only option is we would have to come out to your house, place it on four jack stands, take the wheels to our shop, repair them, and then return and put them back on". To say the least, I'm flabbergasted. First that he suggest sure a horrible idea (he could have suggested that they pick up the car and take the car to the shop for repairs and then return it). I bought a lexus LX 570 model 2015 that imported from dubai to Saudi Arabia at zero mileage. I do the service for 5000, 15000, and 25000 km at saudi delar (abdulatif jameel) at Saudi Arabia dammam branch. To insure the quality and warranties. I got choked when I been informed that my car is not under warranty due to the car is imported from dubai. They show me a page from the warranty catalogs that say the below message

This warranty is valid only within the country where the lexus distributer listed on warranty registration is located. I would like to know is the lexus warranty is international or limited to the countery sold by. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
