I have just bought a Max Factor Mascara. As well as the sealed clear plastic wrapper there was a foil sticker across the wand and lid saying, 'Wrapped for you protection and hygiene'. Unfortunately, when this sticker was peeled off to open it, it left a horrible sticky mess. I have tried to wipe/scrape it off in various ways, but I am now left with a dirty sticky substance which looks far from hygenic and makes the handle repellant to hold. I was really looking forward to using the mascara and have now spent far too much time trying to sort out the sticky substance left from the sticker. Please could you adise me how to get the substance off.

Please can you advise. I purchased a max factor mascara from Superdrug a couple of weeks ago as I always like to have one ready for when my current max factor mascara runs out. When I opened the mascara )I had to remove the plastic seal first - so I know it wasn’t tampered with) the mascara was almost dry. Added to the the wand was almost bent double on itself - so even if the mascara had been liquid, I still wouldn’t have been able to apply it. I asked Superdrug to swap the mascara, but they refused and told me I should contact yourselves. I have been a loyal max factor customer for many years and that isn’t the standard of makeup I have come to expect from them. Please can you advise as to how I can get the mascara swapped?

Hi there. Despite many complaints regarding ceasing production of Age Renew foundation, one of the most popular and successful products, Max Factor continues to disregard the wishes of longstanding and loyal customers. I have used Max Factor foundation for many years and have tried, without success, to find a similar product. I have tried a tiny sample of Face Finity on my hand and this is completely unsatisfactory as it is impossible to judge suitability, consistency and especially colour-match under the store artificial light. I have asked for a reasonable sample at Boots and Superdrug and been refused. Why?
Surely it is in the interest of Max Factor to provide customers with a reasonable-size sample to try at home. I look forward to your early reply. Many thanks. Lynne Evans.

Good morning. I bought a brow contouring kit in shades of brown from my local Superdrug store in marple Stockport. I was very pleased with it as it is the best eye makeup I have bought for a long time. I have since bought several other colours and make ups from your range. I was disappointed when I came to use it soon after purchase and the cream palette had crumbled and then the taupe did the same.
