I have been trying to pay my bill. For weeks I cannot get to my bill to pay it. I cannot contact anyone in writing because there is no contact information for an email or address for a letter; or by phone because no ONE is ever available I would really, really, really, like to pay my bill. I am over 700 miles away and cannot go to a pay station. Therefore, I NEED to access my account to view the bill so I CAN PAY IT But, I cannot access the account because for some reason it will not accept my username/password. It will not give me a new one. And, there is no technical support number or contact to email or CALL This is crazy. All I want to do is pay my bill. I cant even mail it to you because the email I get doesn't give me information to send it to.
