Hai Mitsubishi Customer Service. Am calling to complaint about Mitsubishi has breached the Data Protection Act which is enforced now. This is because I received your survey call for so many times which informed me that they are representing Mitsubishi Malaysia and got my contact from Mitsubishi Malaysia. Kindly stop giving my contact to all the survey companies or else, I have to take other action. If Mitsubishi wished to make a survey, please use appropriate channel which now people are more keen via e-mail/internet link etc.

I'm writing this letter to inform you that , I am very dissatisfy and disappointed to your customer service and car services. The operating management are totally not conducting their operation in a professional way. My check in time was 9. 10am and expected ready for collection at 11. 30am. End up with my car ready collect at 1. 15pm, but not even with car wash In fact, at 12. 12pm payment had made and I was informed that the car will be ready in 20 min. But very surprisingly my car was remain at same place and no one taking care until I walked to the advisor and was told the key was took by someone. I definitely and will not recommend to buy again Mitsubishi car and I was very unhappy to deal with all this kind of hassel just to sent car for service.
