Hello, I have an account with you and have attempted to call twice, but have not been able to speak with a customer service agent. My account has been established through ACH and payments have been going through up until last month. I have not received any notice of the payment not going through and have now received a letter saying my account is delinquent. Then arranged to have my car repoed on a Sunday when office was closed while payments have been sitting in my account. There's more, but I do not have patience.
