Orange Jordan

Orange Jordan is the leading service provider of Mobile telephone network services. It was started on September 21, 1999 with the purpose to create a mobile communications network to serve the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. However, it had introduced complete mobile telephone services across the country on September 15, 2000. Initially, it was operated as MobileCom and was renamed to current name in 2007. Its headquarters is situated in Amman, Jordan.

Orange Jordan is owned by the Jordan Telecom Group, which is a Jordan government agency. Jordan Telecom Group is a leading player of information and communications technology industry. The group is involved in the business of fixed telephony services, mobile and internet services. Orange Jordan was the first company in the country that introduced the 3G Network in March, 2010. Till the end of 2010, the company was reached to approximately 2,000,000 people.

Orange Jordan has introduced ADSL higher speed internet service in 2009. The service enables the customer to obtain 4Mbps and 8Mbp speed. The company has introduced ADSL2+ and 3G+ services in 2011 which enables the customer to obtain up to 24Mbps speed. It is currently planning to provide FTTH & VDSL services in the country. These services allow the users to get 100Mbps speed.

I have called Ornage Mobile Customer care more than a dozen time, three of them were last week. They keep subscribe me to services I did not ask for, especially premium service. Every time the Customer care agent says that all premium services have been stopped, the next day I receive more. Jordan Orange are cheating customers and abuse them. Is this the Image Orange Jordan is trying to promoteif you care reply to my complaint and I will give you the number, but I know you do not. I'll screen shot this complaint and share it everywhere.

I left Jordan on the 7th July 2013 and cancelled my contract on Monday 24th June in your Elite Office near the Sheraton Hotel.
I was advised that I could pay my final bill on the 15th July using my credited points from my bill - I had accumulated about 45JD.
Payments would no longer be collected from my credit card and the deposit paid on 2nd June 2010 of 250JD would be credited back.
However, your records will show that I was debited 40.26JD on the 17th July and 25.75JD on the 18th August against my credit card. The points were never used to pay the final bill. The SIM card was destroyed on the 8th July so it is very difficult to see how you are able to debit monies after the account was closed.
I am raising this issue with my credit card company and expect a refund of 40.26JD, 25.75JD and the deposit I paid of 250JD. I expect you to contact me immediately to discuss this.
