I called in a payment yesterday (10/3) for John Mako. I was given a higher payment amount than normal. With NO notification that the amount would be going up. I live @ the same address as John — so IF and WHEN the payment is raised MAILED NOTIFICATION WOULD BE APPRECIATED If they have NOT gone up lease refund the overpayment as I am on a single fixed income and he has one fixed income and one that is not. Thank you.

Acct. 3740339-----Please cancel my subscription as of Sept. 30. 20018. I can not afford to pay $540. 00 a year for your newspaper. Do not bill me for next month for $45. 00.

We have experienced erratic delivery service for about three weeks. Papers in the bushes, unknotted plastic bags resulting in soaked papers from rain or sprinkler system and, today, no delivery at all. What's going on?.

Why do you bother to have a building in North Charleston WITH your name on it, since apparently, nobody is ever there. The supposed phone number (718-0811) always goes to P and C recording. It would be nice if you could get someone who needs a job to fill the position, so the office would AT LEAST be open on Monday and Wednesday, like it's supposed to be It is really frustrating to drive back and forth during the supposed hours it is open, only to find NOBODY there I honestly do not know how you stay in business.

In December, January, and February I called to protest the 14. 7% increase in charges for home delivery, speaking with persons named Hannah and Ryan. Each time I was assured that the rate would be restored to the $22. ten per month I had been paying. Each time I was told I would get email confirmation. Each time the person lied to me; nothing promised happened. On March one, I was again charged the higher amount ($25. 35). I cannot express adequately my disappointment and disgust. Should I simply cancel my subscription? That might be better than having staff lie to me each month. My mobile number is 843-304-0633. My account number is 00790344. Given how I have been treated, I shall be stunned if I get a reply to this message.
I have called twice this day Sunday the 13th of December, once at 8:45 a. M. And again at 10:55 a. M. Was told both times that I would receive my Sunday with in a time limit, which was never processed. This is not the first time that I have had issues with receiving my Post and Courier News Paper. For being told of great customer service I feel this is not the case. I have asked many times to have it credited, but if I keep having it credited then why should I continue to subscribe?.
