I am booked in Emirates business class where the flights are to Australia/NZ. Some of the flights are operated by Qantas on code share with Emirates. I leave Singapore on the evening of 27 March

Emirates say I should contact Qantas to book the included-in-price of ticket cheuffeur drive air port pick-up and drop-off in Sydney, Melbourne and Christchurch for code share flights EK418, EK407. However, no such service booking available on website and customer service number rep Charles at +65-64157373 said cannot be done due to system error and refers to Brunel Cheuffeur Drive at +61295340808. Brunel says once book directly with them, is chargeable to customer and refer back to Qantas. My Qantas reference is 48VQDD. Please advice how to book in advance the complimentary service that both Emirates and Qantas say I am eligible.

I can not get thru hotline. I am writing to get a written confirmation from Qantas for my delayed baggage for my ins claim. I travelled on flight EK5037 on 30Nov15 10. 30am from Melbourne to Wellington ETA 4pm. My checkin bag missing(tag:EK456187) PIR:WLGQF12922. I received my bag next day 1Dec 10pm in Levin. I sent countless emails to Qantas, but have not been successful. I emailed Wellington Baggage services on 13Dec, and was told to email Baggageclaims@qantas.com. Au on 22Dec which I have been emailing since and all I got was auto replies. I finally submitted an online request to customercare@qantas.com. Au on 15Jan and I got another autoreply I’m afraid my request may go into another black hole. I’m very frustrated as I am suppose to file my insurance within 30 days of my return(12dec), so I am hoping you guys in Singapore can help me out. Thanks.

I've been trying to call your hotline, but no one is answering the phone. I would like to ask regarding the baggage allowance in my connecting flight via Qantas. I booked a flight from Singapore to Auckland this coming January 21, 2016-Booking Ref. Is 5AMFUF. My flight from SG-Sydney is by British Airways and from Sydney-Auckland is by Qantas and my concern is about the baggage allowance, British airways baggage allowance policy is 23kg check in baggage and 23kg cabin bag. While Qantas is 30kg check in and 7kg hand carry. I want to ask if it is possible to pre-book an additional luggage for my Qantas-connecting flight going to Auckland from Sydney?and if yes, how am i going to check-in the the cabin bag that i have during my connecting flight?
