Your space constraints compelled me to compress my last message. Here is roughly what got cut off. (Why disallow cut and paste?) Please refund the 23 bids entered beyond my control. The button said "activate" when I was ALREADY activated. I couldn't turn Bid-O-Matic off. I tried to call you immediately, 405-253-2038 soon after 5pm eastern. I got a recorded message saying that the office was closed. If you're in Oklahoma, why closed? How frustrating I tried to call the second number I could find; same result. Please either refund the 23 bids entered against my will or explain why you decline to do so.

My bids kept going up at the same time I had no way to turn them off. The button said "activate" at the same time I was ALREADY activated. I had no way to turn off Bid-O-Matic. --so my bids kept going up until the 25 bid limit was reached. I wanted to deactivate, but had no way to do it. I even closed and reopened the window. My intention was to activate Bid-O-Matic only for two bids or so, which, AS PERHAPS YOU CAN TELL, is my usual bidding strategy. Please refund 23 bids entered beyond my control.
