I have been trying to contact 1-866-220-3837 for a week now. Everytime I call, the recording says they are experiencing a higher number of calls. Basically I never get through. I sent back an item and it was received on November 19th, and still no refund. I have emailed also, and the emails are being ingorned. Terrible service.

I have been transferring prescriptions to the clinton pharmacy and between me and my wife have over ten RX. We have been using the advertised 20% off your grocery bill for several years. Saturday 10/21/2017 when I picked
up my RX 6962093 for Amiodarone Hcl the pharmacist refused to punch my card and said to me you can not use this any more because you are a retired teacher and we can not give you the 20% and took my 20% card. I am unhappy and may go to a different pharmacy like CVS, Safeway, Giants or WG. If you have a good reason for not giving me the 20% it will be OK with me, otherwise I have no choice, but to change. I am 76 years old and my wife is 75 and these medications that we take are for life and every penny that we save it helps for our old age. Thank you and we are waiting for your answer. Why did I not get the 3000 points, I did not buy prescription, nor medication in Quebec, or codeine and it was listed on my loaded coupons. All I got was points for milk.

I recently went to the Shoppers at Kingsgate Mall (Vancouver, BC) for the Optimum redemption event and the cashier gave me all the wrong info =(
Upon redeeming my $210 worth of goods, he said I had to pay $40 on top of the 95000 points (=$170) for redemption and then I would receive the same amount back in points at a later date. =)As I was rushed and confused as to how this works, I paid an additional $40 on the spot as well as redeeming my 95000 points, but not realizing this was not the case at all upon asking another Shoppers manager at a different location
What can you do? Obviously I did not receive any "PLUS" with this promo and paid more than I needed to Please rectify this matter as soon as possible. Thanks.
