I submitted a warranty request on July 16, 2020. I never received the balances and shoes so I submitted a 2nd one (both were done on line) about eight weeks later. It is now October 7, 2020. I've spent over 45 minutes on the phone calling three different numbers. Not only do their products s**k, but so does their customer service.

I have a casement basement window slider. Product 2092. The left side panel broke. I need a replacement panel to put in. Actual window size is 31 by 12. 5. The panel itself is 14 by 9. 25. We have Silver Line Windows. Having trouble with the little clip that you slide for the bottom window to open out for cleaning. The clip is breaking and the spring comes flying out. six windows that have broken. We hardly ever open them. Can you please help. If you could assist, I would greatly appreciate it.
